The beach is just a minute's walk away and you can enjoy the sunset over the sea from the balcony.
Situated on the first line, surrounded by many restaurants, bars and shopping facilities, this location leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is located on the second floor and can be reached by elevator or stairs. Suitable for any type of vacation, all year round.
In the living room you will find a comfortable and neat interior with a spacious sitting and dining area, furnished with a luxurious large sofa and two comfortable chairs, a dining table with 6 chairs and a large flat screen TV.
From the living room, you can access the outdoor terrace through a door, from where you have a beautiful panoramic view of the large sandy beach, the sea and the many palm trees. There is a cozy seating area on the terrace.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sandwich maker and toaster.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
There are three bedrooms, a master bedroom (with sliding doors to the terrace with a beautiful view of the beach) and two bedrooms with two single beds each.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, the first bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
The second bathroom has a bath/shower, a separate shower cubicle, a toilet and a washbasin.
