From the conservatory (28m2) with a cozy seating area, you enter the large, comfortable living-dining room (50m2) with a large dining table and chairs and a comfortable seating area with a fireplace and international TV channels.
From the dining-living room to the hallway there are 2 bedrooms (both 14m2) and 1 bathroom with walk-in shower.
From the hallway, a staircase leads to the upper floor where there is a large bedroom (25m2) and a second bedroom (10m2) with bunk beds.
In addition to the bunk beds, a third bed can be folded out for a 9th person.

The pool can also be heated and has a cover option to prevent heat loss.
