It is a spacious, detached villa (160m2, on a plot of 860m2) with lots of privacy, nice large terrace with beautiful swimming pool with slide, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
Under the veranda is a luxurious, cozy lounge area. The outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture and you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the sea. The house is surrounded by a large green garden, which is atmospherically lit in the evening.
